Job Summary
Provide administrative and operational support for a team of Commercial Lenders by gathering financial data, preparing electronic loan file documentation, and coordinating services with internal business units and third-party providers. Communicate with borrowers to obtain required personal and financial items, input loan details into platforms, and track progress to ensure deadlines are met. Greet customers professionally, respond to inquiries via various channels, and assist with account details, financial transfers, and loan payments. Review loan documents and files for accuracy and completeness, ensuring all collateral is secured and regulatory requirements are met. Facilitate management and tracking of commercial and residential construction projects to insure compliance and timely fund availability. Perform special projects and complete unplanned tasks requiring quick turnaround and accurate delivery while adhering to all bank policies, federal and state laws, and employment regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of financial services experience
- 2+ years of customer service or sales experience
- Experience working successfully and independently in a dynamic and challenging work environment that requires strong multi-tasking abilities to meet aggressive deadlines
- Knowledge and understanding of loan documentation
- Extreme level of confidentiality
- Customer/Client Focus
- High level of honesty and integrity
- Ability to grasp, push, pull, lift, bend, raise and hold hands and arms overhead
- Ability to work overtime to the extent necessary (typically no more than 5%)
- Must be able to travel to the office for work in-person daily
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
