Job Summary
Commercial Banking Advisor at RBC in Thunder Bay will excel at needs discovery and solution development to provide commercial clients with banking solutions, partner with Account Managers to identify and deliver the best solutions, and participate in ongoing contact programs to strengthen client relationships through value-added service and advice. The role requires experience in service and sales, strong relationship management, and comfort with digital tools (web meetings, social media, digital banking, and mobile apps).
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of demonstrated excellence in a service and sales role
- Proven track record of strong relationship management skills and proven sales success
