Job Summary
Startup Banking Commercial Banker focused on business development and client acquisition within the early-stage technology startup ecosystem. Responsible for growing and retaining relationships, delivering the full suite of JPMorgan Chase Commercial Bank products and services, building a channel-partner pipeline, managing KYC/credit/operational risk, and driving revenue growth while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction. Must develop a market brand, acquire and deepen client relationships, leverage a founder-first mindset, and collaborate cross-functionally with banking teams, credit, and product partners. Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of related experience
- Strong business development skills; including tactical selling and negotiation
- Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services
- Proficiency in building and maintaining positive client relationships
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility and strong partnership with senior business and control partners
- Self-directed, proactive, and creative; uses sound judgment and navigates ambiguity to get things done
