Job Summary
Commercial Banker role focusing on developing and managing a pipeline of commercial prospects, originating and structuring loans (working capital lines, term loans, owner-occupied and investment real estate), and delivering full banking solutions (lending, deposits, treasury management) to build and manage a portfolio of C&I/CRE clients in the Indianapolis market. Responsibilities include relationship management, market development, staying informed on market trends, and achieving annual production targets (~$10MM–$15MM+). Requires 5–10+ years in commercial banking or business development with a strong credit/deal-structuring background and a relationship-driven, entrepreneurial approach to growing a client book. Required Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of experience in commercial banking or business development
