Job Summary
Lead client acquisition and relationship management in Life Sciences Banking within JPMorgan's Commercial Banking. Build market brand, develop new business, deepen relationships, coordinate across credit and payments solutions, manage risk, stay current on industry trends, and leverage referral networks. Requires 5+ years in commercial banking, licenses FINRA 79/63 and SIE or obtain within 180 days of hire; Bachelor's degree preferred; strong sales, relationship-building, and ability to partner with senior stakeholders; self-directed and proactive.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of related experience
- Strong understanding of Commercial Banking products and services
- Excellent sales management and business development skills
- Proficiency in building and maintaining positive client relationships
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility and strong partnerships with senior business and control partners
- Self-directed, proactive, and creative; uses sound judgment and navigates ambiguity to get things done
- FINRA Series 79, 63 and Securities Industry Essentials licenses required or must obtain within 180 days of hire
- Bachelor’s degree and formal credit training preferred
