Job Summary
Commercial Banker responsible for developing, managing, and growing long-term relationships with business customers; focuses on sourcing and originating quality commercial loans including CRE, C&I, and Ag; identifies deposit, mortgage, wealth management, and treasury solutions; acts as trusted advisor to business owners; participates in business development, cross-selling, referrals to Treasury Management, Mortgage, Wealth Management, and Retail; coordinates client banking needs with Home Mortgage, Wealth Management, or Retail Bankers; leads bank-sponsored events; originates loans within policy, evaluates applications with credit status and collateral, negotiates terms, and coordinates loan closings; utilizes government programs when needed; maintains portfolio profitability and credit quality; stays current with regulations and policies; requires Bachelor’s degree or banking experience and signals 2-3 years experience option; non-compete is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university in the field of business, including specific courses in accounting, finance, and economics; or a minimum of 2-3 years banking experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
