Job Summary
Senior Commercial Banker on the Healthcare, Higher Education & Nonprofit (HHN) team within JPMorganChase’s Commercial Bank leads client acquisition and relationship management for nonprofit and HHN clients in the Middle Market Banking and Specialized Industries group. Responsibilities include acquiring, prospecting, growing, and retaining relationships; developing and delivering commercial banking solutions (credit, treasury, liquidity) in collaboration with other lines of business; mentoring Analysts and Associates; and representing the firm with ESG and DEI initiatives while staying current on HHN industry trends.
Required Qualifications
- 5 plus years’ direct lending or credit support related experience, with a focus on business relationships
- Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services
- Knowledge of the local market
- Ability to collaborate with internal partners and resources
- Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals; proven top individual contributor
- Sales management and business development skills
- Bachelor’s degree and formal credit training preferred
