Job Summary
Commercial Banker on the Healthcare, Higher Education & Non-Profit (HHN) team within JPMorganChase’s Commercial Bank leads client acquisition and relationship management for Middle Market Banking & Specialized Industries clients in Healthcare, Higher Education, and Non-Profit sectors; responsible for acquiring, prospecting, growing, and retaining relationships, partnering with other lines of business to develop fulsome relationships, mentoring junior team members, and delivering the firm’s comprehensive solutions including credit, treasury, and liquidity to HHN clients and prospects.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years’ direct lending or credit support related experience, with a focus on business relationships
- Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services
- Knowledge of the local market
- Ability to collaborate with internal partners and resources
- Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals; proven top individual contributor
- Sales management and business development skills
