Commercial Banker in Emerging Middle Market focus on acquiring and growing profitable client relationships with companies generating $20M-$100M in revenue; acts as focal point for client acquisition and ongoing relationships, delivering strategic financial advice and solutions; collaborates with internal partners, targets CEOs/CFOs, maintains sales performance, and leverages market knowledge and local networks to drive growth and efficiency through innovative technologies.
Required Qualifications
- Five plus years lending or credit support related experience with a focus on business relationships
- Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services
- Methodical approach to market activities and prospecting, demonstrate proven client relationship skills, and can engage with CEOs and CFOs
- Ability to collaborate with internal partners and resources
- Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage, prioritize, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility and strong partnership with senior business and control partners
- Deep local connections and market knowledge
