Job Summary
Commercial Banker in Emerging Middle Market focused on client acquisition and relationship management for companies with $20M-$100M in annual revenue. Responsible for growing and retaining profitable relationships, collaborating with internal partners to deliver comprehensive financial solutions, staying current on industry trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency (including automation), and consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals. Requires five+ years of lending or credit support experience, solid knowledge of Commercial Banking products, ability to engage with CEOs and CFOs, strong interpersonal skills, and deep local market connections.
Required Qualifications
- Five plus years lending or credit support related experience with a focus on business relationships
- Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services
- Methodical approach to market activities and prospecting, demonstrate proven client relationship skills, and can engage with CEOs and CFOs
- Ability to collaborate with internal partners and resources
- Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage, prioritize, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility and strong partnership with senior business and control partners
- Deep local connections and market knowledge
