Required Qualifications
- Five plus years lending or credit support experience with a focus on business relationships
- Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services
- Methodical approach to market activities and prospecting; proven client relationship skills; ability to engage with CEOs and CFOs
- Ability to collaborate with internal partners and resources
- Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities, work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills; ability to establish credibility and partnership with senior business and control partners
- Deep local connections and market knowledge
