Job Summary
Commercial Banker focused on growing and retaining profitable relationships with Commercial & Specialized Industries clients in the $20–$100 million revenue space. You will be the focal point of client acquisition and ongoing relationships, working independently and as part of a team to introduce comprehensive solutions. Leverage knowledge of Credit, Treasury Services, International Banking, Syndicated Finance, Commercial Card, and Chase Paymentech Solutions to engage CEOs and CFOs, driving cross-sell and relationship growth. Stay ahead of industry trends, identify opportunities for innovation and partnerships, and collaborate with internal partners to meet sales goals while delivering customer-centric financial solutions in a fast-paced banking environment.
Required Qualifications
- Five plus years lending or credit support related experience with a focus on business relationships
- Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services
- Methodical approach to market activities and prospecting, demonstrate proven client relationship skills, and can engage with CEOs and CFOs
- Ability to collaborate with internal partners and resources
- Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage, prioritize, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility and strong partnership with senior business and control partners
- Deep local connections and market knowledge
