Job Summary
Lead client acquisition and ongoing relationships in Emerging Middle Market Banking; focus on companies with annual revenues ranging from $20 million to $100 million; engage with CEOs and CFOs to provide strategic financial advice and solutions; collaborate with internal partners to leverage lending products and services; drive sales goals, stay abreast of industry trends, and pursue opportunities for innovation and partnerships; optimize efficiency through automation and new technologies; build and retain profitable relationships through proactive prospecting and market knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- Five plus years lending or credit support related experience with a focus on business relationships
- Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services
- Methodical approach to market activities and prospecting, demonstrate proven client relationship skills, and can engage with CEOs and CFOs
- Ability to collaborate with internal partners and resources
- Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage, prioritize, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility and strong partnership with senior business and control partners
- Deep local connections and market knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree and formal credit training preferred
- Sales management, business development skills, proficiency in building and maintaining positive client relationships
- Strong creative solution, problem solving abilities, flexible to changing business priorities and ability to multitask
- Excellent business judgment, strategic thinking, self-directed, proactive and creative
