Job Summary
Commercial Banker in Emerging Middle Market Banking to acquire and deepen client relationships with companies generating $20M-$100M in annual revenue, focusing on lending and credit products. You will work both independently and with internal partners to introduce comprehensive financial solutions, grow and retain profitable relationships, and engage with CEOs and CFOs while meeting or exceeding sales goals. Strong emphasis on market knowledge, relationship management, and collaborative problem-solving to drive efficiency and innovation within the client portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- Five plus years lending or credit support related experience with a focus on business relationships
- Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services
- Methodical approach to market activities and prospecting, demonstrate proven client relationship skills, and can engage with CEOs and CFOs
- Ability to collaborate with internal partners and resources
- Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage, prioritize, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility and strong partnership with senior business and control partners
- Deep local connections and market knowledge
