Job Summary
Commercial Banker in Emerging Middle Market Banking serves as the focal point for client acquisition and ongoing relationships, targeting companies with annual revenues from $20M to $100M. Responsible for growing and retaining profitable relationships, engaging CEOs and CFOs, delivering strategic financial advice and solutions, and collaborating with internal partners to drive sales and product adoption. Requires 5+ years lending/credit support experience, strong relationship-building and goal attainment, knowledge of Commercial Banking products, and the ability to prospect and manage multiple priorities.
Required Qualifications
- Five plus years lending or credit support related experience with a focus on business relationships
- Understanding of Commercial Banking products and services
- Methodical approach to market activities and prospecting, demonstrate proven client relationship skills, and can engage with CEOs and CFOs
- Ability to collaborate with internal partners and resources
- Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage, prioritize, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility and strong partnership with senior business and control partners
- Deep local connections and market knowledge
