Job Summary
Commercial Banker (Vice President) focused on Disruptive Commerce and Internet Banking within JPMorgan's Commercial & Specialized Industries. Responsible for growing and retaining profitable client relationships in the Disruptive Commerce and Internet Banking segment, acquiring new business, delivering the full Firm offerings including credit and payments, managing risk, and staying current on industry trends and the startup ecosystem to identify opportunities for strategic partnerships. The role emphasizes building a market brand, leveraging a referral network, and collaborating with senior partners to deliver comprehensive banking solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of related experience
- Strong understanding of Commercial Banking products and services
- Excellent sales management and business development skills
- Proficiency in building and maintaining positive client relationships
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with ability to establish credibility and strong partnership with senior business and control partners
- Self-directed, proactive, and creative; uses sound judgment and navigates ambiguity to get things done
- FINRA Series 79, 63 and Securities Industry Essentials licenses required or must obtain within 180 days of hire
- Bachelor’s degree and formal credit training preferred
