Job Summary
Commercial Banker with responsibility for developing and managing a portfolio of labor, sustainability, nonprofit, philanthropic, and social-advocacy client relationships. Lead as principal relationship manager for new and existing clients; develop and implement middle-market sales strategy for commercial banking products and cash management; identify, analyze, structure and advocate for commercial credit opportunities; coordinate with portfolio management to ensure loan compliance; drive regional sales objectives and growth in loans, deposits, and non-interest income; onboard new clients and stay informed on banking environment and competitive landscape; possess strong credit, underwriting, and treasury management knowledge; communicate effectively and lead in a collaborative, cross-functional setting. Hybrid work arrangement in San Francisco, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of commercial credit experience
- Strong working knowledge of credit, intermediary lending, underwriting, non-profit accounting, tax credits
- Results oriented with strong relationship management and business development skills, with successful track record in coalition building and partnership execution
- Ability to structure loans and monitor credit performance
- Well-developed analytical, credit and problem-solving skills with knowledge of credit administration, analysis, and credit policy/procedure
- Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
- Interpersonal and supervisory skills
- Base salary range understanding is specified (between $140,000 and $150,000) and consideration of factors like training and market demands
