Investigate losses, identify coverage issues, and obtain estimates, evidence, reports, and medical records. Handle First Party, Third Party, Total Loss, Fire, Theft, and Glass claims by evaluating injury demands, processing payments, and taking recorded statements from insureds, claimants, and witnesses. Establish damages and reserves while maintaining claim files per best practice guidelines. Obtain and maintain all required state licenses.
