Job Summary
Commercial Associate role focusing on owning two vertical markets end-to-end, researching accounts, identifying decision-makers, building relationships, generating pipeline, outbound campaigns, and developing a repeatable sales motion. Youโll be paired 1:1 with an Enterprise Account Executive, shadowing and eventually leading parts of the sales process, including discovery and early deal stages. The apprenticeship is designed to develop the skills to close deals, build a playbook from territory knowledge, and progress toward higher responsibility within a London-based, hybrid-work environment. Key skills include commercial acumen, curiosity about buyer decisions, outbound execution, outreach, relationship-building, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with seasoned sellers in a fast-paced AI/vision tech company.
