Job Summary
Commercial Associate within Bank of America’s Global Commercial Banking team focused on the Connecticut Middle Market segment. Responsibilities include delivering analytical research and data-driven insights to support client/prospect needs with banking and product partners; developing economic and market insights, pitchbooks, and relationship reviews to inform strategy; supporting credit approval and treasury solutions processes; coordinating with Market Executives, Relationship Managers, and cross-bank teams to prepare client presentations and supports deals; analyzing market data, financial statements, and industry trends to assess client conditions and opportunities; collaborating with Product Specialists across Credit, Treasury Management, and Merchant Services to design and deliver financial solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field
- Minimum of two years of professional or business experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Understanding and interpretation of corporate financial statements
