Job Summary
Commercial Associate to support Bank of America’s Global Commercial Banking team in the Middle Market segment, focusing on delivering analytical research and data-driven insights for client and prospect needs. Responsibilities include developing economic and market insights, industry analysis, pitchbooks, and relationship reviews; supporting credit approval and treasury solutions processes; coordinating with product and deal teams throughout transactions; analyzing financial statements and cash flow to assess company conditions; and collaborating with Market Executives, Relationship Managers, and cross-bank partners to design and deliver financial solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field
- Minimum of two years of professional or business experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Ability to understand and interpret corporate financial statements
