Job Summary

Develop economic and market insights, industry analysis, pitchbooks, and relationship reviews to support commercial banking client and prospect needs. Collaborate with Market Executives and Relationship Managers to prepare client presentations, observe credit approval and treasury solutions processes, and coordinate partners throughout transaction execution. Analyze financial and cash flow statements to assess company conditions and industry trends, while monitoring client activities and performing portfolio optimization to expand business opportunities. Interpret data to tell stories that inform strategy and strengthen client engagement.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of professional or business experience
  • Applies analytical thinking and financial modeling skills
  • Demonstrates strong critical thinking and the ability to work independently
  • Displays excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Possesses proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Maintains strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Has strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Understands and interprets corporate financial statements
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience

Desired Qualifications

  • Previously held an internship or entry-level role in financial services
  • Undergraduate Degree in Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, City or Urban Planning or related area
  • Demonstrated interest in affordable housing or community development
