Job Summary
Assistant Property Manager supports the Property Manager in all facets of property operation, including periodic site inspections, rent collection and delinquency negotiations, preparing default letters, common area maintenance reconciliations, coding vendor invoices, tenant account reconciliations and adjustments, drafting monthly report components, lease abstracts, estoppel certificates, notices for projects, and maintaining service contracts, insurance certificates, tenant and contractor lists, and real estate licenses; additionally, tracks rental increases with accounting and the Property Manager and handles work orders, requiring extreme attention to detail, ability to follow direction with minimal oversight, adaptability, and strong communication to interact with owners, tenants, contractors, and staff.
Required Qualifications
- 4-year College Degree Preferred
- 2-4 years’ Retail/Commercial Property Management Experience
- Eligibility: Applicants must have valid work authorization that does not now and/or will not in the future require sponsorship of a Visa for employment authorization in the U.S. by Vestar.
