Job Summary
Provide project support on design, planning, and construction management for a new, bespoke automotive showroom in Europe. Prepare project briefs, reports, specifications, and technical analyses to define design and service requirements. Ensure contracts are fit for purpose, cost effective, and aligned with brand identity. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction specialists while driving communication with local and international suppliers. Submit design proposals and specifications to evaluate equipment needs. The role is based in Huddersfield with frequent travel to Germany every two weeks. Salary is £40k.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified to at least degree level in either architecture or interior architecture
- Significant project management experience
- Significant construction experience
- Significant design experience
- Ability to produce plans and details in AutoCad
- Ability to produce plans and details in Revit or Archicad
- Willingness to travel frequently within Europe
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in design, planning and construction
- Ability to speak English and German
