Job Summary
Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial appliances, foodservice equipment, cooking systems, beverage systems, and related machinery. Install and commission new equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and disassemble components using hand tools, power tools, gauges, and diagnostic testing equipment. Travel to customer sites to service equipment and complete service reports while communicating with customers and internal team members. Lift, move, and position equipment parts safely. Participate in ongoing technical training to expand product knowledge. Requires a high school diploma, two years of hands-on experience in appliance repair, refrigeration, HVAC, or automotive diagnostics, a valid driver's license, and strong troubleshooting skills. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in appliance repair, electrical work, refrigeration, HVAC, automotive diagnostics, equipment service, or mechanical maintenance
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Mechanical aptitude with confidence using tools and testing equipment
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift and maneuver equipment safely
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Dependable, self-motivated, and organized work ethic
- Willingness to learn and grow through technical training
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with commercial kitchen equipment
- Refrigeration certification or related technical training
- Electrical apprenticeship or journeyman background
