Job Summary
Diagnose and repair commercial kitchen equipment including ovens, fryers, dishwashers, and refrigeration; troubleshoot electrical/electronic/mechanical systems; maintain safety and professionalism with customers and team; complete service calls promptly; communicate effectively with customers, manager, dispatcher, and sales; participate in after-hours/weekend standby; identify new opportunities within existing accounts; keep service vehicle well-maintained and up-to-date with service intervals; order parts and complete required paperwork; attend remote and in-person training sessions.
Required Qualifications
- EPA 608 Certification
- CFESA Certification and Factory training
- Two years of cooking equipment service (or related military) experience
- Valid Driver’s license and driving record that aligns with our safety standards
- Background check and drug screen
- Must be at least 18 years of age
