Job Summary
Support the Sleep & Respiratory Care team with inventory management, customer inquiries, and operational activities for field initiatives. Maintain CRM database accuracy, respond to customer inquiries, and analyze sales performance data to generate insights for commercial decisions. Conduct market research, assist in developing presentations and proposals, and compile reports on key performance indicators. Manage sales support resources and coordinate multiple priorities while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Operations, or a related field
- Experience in sales support, customer service, commercial operations, coordination, or an administrative support role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience working with CRM systems and maintaining accurate customer and commercial data
- Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market information
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Professional proficiency in English
- Full-time presence in the company's facilities
