Job Summary
Design, develop, and deploy automated dashboards, analytical tools, and reporting solutions for balance sheet monitoring, liquidity metrics, and scenario analysis. Lead automation initiatives to streamline treasury workflows; build and maintain data pipelines and APIs with data integrity and controls. Author business requirements, process maps, and acceptance criteria, translating into user stories and test cases. Partner with technology teams to deliver strategic projects and target-state solutions; drive adoption of AI tools and coding standards. Mentor junior team members on coding, automation, and analytics; prepare updates and insights for senior management; collaborate across functions and jurisdictions to deliver impactful solutions; ensure regulatory compliance and internal policy adherence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a quantitative field
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in a technical or IT role within banking or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, and VBA
- Strong experience in BI tools for dashboarding
- Proven experience drafting BRDs/FRDs, defining business use cases, data contracts, and user stories
- Data quality and controls mindset: reconciliation frameworks, lineage, access controls, monitoring, and alerting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong project management skills to lead multiple initiatives and influence cross-functional stakeholders
