Job Summary
Securitisation-focused VP role in the EMEA Markets Practice Group within Commercial & Investment Bank’s Legal Department. Responsible for advising on a range of securitised product transactions (multi-asset, cross-border term and conduit structures, CL0 and NPL debt portfolio transactions) from inception to close, coordinating with Origination, Sales, Trading, Structuring and control functions, and ensuring regulatory, documentation, and governance standards across UK/European contexts.
Required Qualifications
- licensed to practice law in England & Wales or a similar jurisdiction
- 4+ PQE with securitised products experience
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- good judgement and risk identification/escalation
- commercial awareness and adaptability to securitised product transactions
- ability to oversee multiple transactions simultaneously
- ability to advise on regulatory and cross-border issues across multiple asset classes
- ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
