Commercial and E-Rate Sales Assistant

Job Summary
Provide day-to-day administrative support for the E-Rate Sales and Commercial/SMB Sales teams, including preparing customer proposals, CRM management (HubSpot) data cleanup, sales reporting, and project coordination. Conduct light outbound prospecting via email and occasional cold calls, assist with marketing campaigns and outreach materials, and support field visits with pre-visit communications. Collaborate with VP of Commercial & E-Rate Sales and two Commercial Sales Directors on cross-department projects, reporting, and strategic initiatives; liaison with sales reps to reduce administrative workload and improve data accuracy and lead-generation effectiveness. Compensation includes salary plus annual bonus with a 10% commission-initiated incentive for deals closed due to employee-sourced meetings. Location-focused responsibilities include roles in Overland Park, KS and Greater St. Louis, MO with in-person work expectations.
