Job Summary
Serve as the primary point of contact for Business Intelligence support, maintaining daily communication with divisional leaders on sales performance and results. Deliver execution-focused insights by surfacing risks and opportunities to drive performance-to-plan conversations and inform action. Lead opportunity analysis through targeted account identification, distribution gap analysis, and display effectiveness reviews. Provide market-specific training and develop tools to empower field teams with real-time data support. Deliver responsive ad-hoc analytics for distributor meetings and retail sales calls, partnering with the Analyst on Power BI reporting and tool development. Support key initiatives spanning planning, program tracking, ROI, and launch execution. Proactively improve analytics processes and ensure reporting continuity during ERP transitions. Translate complex datasets into clear executive presentations and advance a data-driven culture within the division.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 5-10 years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, sales analytics, and/or category insights
- alcohol beverage experience
- Working knowledge of Power BI and data modeling concepts
- ability to guide report development
- ability to interpret DAX-based analyses
- Experience reading, interpreting, and deriving insights from Circana/Nielsen and distributor syndicated data
- Commercial experience partnering with varying sales levels, executive to field, to derive insights for the targeted audience
- Strong business acumen
- ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
