Job Summary
Commercial Analyst role focused on monthly calculations, reconciliation, and validation of performance-based compensation, partner remuneration, and commercial incentive schemes; creation of compensation reports for management; management of commercial agreements, partner documentation, and onboarding; coordination of partner payments and maintenance of payment records; liaison with Business Development, Commercial, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Compliance teams; maintenance of CRM systems and BI tools; production of commercial and operational reports to support decision-making; identification and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency. Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Commercial Analyst, Commercial Operations, Finance Operations, Business Operations, or similar role.
- Experience within the Trading, Brokerage, Financial Services, Fintech, or CFD industry is essential.
- Advanced Excel skills with strong numerical and analytical capabilities.
- Experience managing performance-based compensation calculations, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Experience using CRM systems, reporting tools, and business intelligence platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work confidently with multiple Business Development teams and senior stakeholders across different jurisdictions.
- Proactive, assertive, and capable of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
