Job Summary
Commercial Analyst to join @one Alliance Central Commercial team to develop and optimise commercial processes, systems, and reporting; provide commercial assurance, systems administration, and insights to drive performance; responsibilities include implementing new commercial processes, delivering training, system administration (e.g. FastDraft, DocuSign, Payment App), producing regular commercial reports, supporting contract management and tracking activities, and engaging with internal stakeholders; requires strong Excel and analytical skills, clear communication, and a collaborative approach to drive efficiencies and improvements in commercial processes and governance.
Required Qualifications
- Educated to higher education level in a relevant discipline
- Experience in an analytical or commercial role
- Knowledge of NEC contracts
- Experience working within a commercial framework
- Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, self-motivated, and resilient
- Problem-solver with the ability to interpret and simplify complex data
