Job Summary
Support sales and marketing teams by developing customer presentations, reports, and sales collateral for commercial nuclear projects. Plan, run, and close follow-up actions for internal and external meetings while coordinating activities across functions under tight deadlines. Establish strong relationships with stakeholders and interface with external parties as required. Deliver technical and business messages creatively to support new business opportunities, ensuring adherence to GEV's nuclear safety, compliance, and intellectual property standards. Streamline information sharing processes across GEV and external partners using Lean principles.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in business environment
- Demonstrate proficiency in using computer applications
- Experience in word processing, presentation packages, databases, and spreadsheet packages
- Proficient with MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- familiarity with Adobe software to be able to create/modify PDF files
Desired Qualifications
- Technical writing in a business environment
- marketing or marketing communications in a business-to- business environment
- Experience with developing presentations from a variety of resources such as product specifications, interviews with technical subject experts, finance leaders
- Demonstrated experience developing presentations for senior leader audience
- Proven ability to be a liaison between organizations that are operating in separate geographic locations
- High performing individual with demonstrated ability to deliver results while exhibiting behaviors that promote strong team performance
- Proven interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to think strategically, be creative and move quickly with limited guidance
- Demonstrated ability to balance multiple demands and priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
