Job Summary
Develop and maintain scalable data models and datasets for Power BI, integrating commercial, marketing, and finance sources. Ensure data quality, consistency, and auditability through validation, reconciliation, and documentation of data flows. Drive efficiency by automating and streamlining existing reports, improving data processes, and optimizing insight delivery using AI-supported transformation and anomaly detection. Manage Power BI environments, including datasets, refresh processes, performance tuning, and access control, while providing ongoing reporting support and resolving data issues. Collaborate with operational and commercial Finance teams across borders to enhance reporting capabilities. Requires 3–5 years of experience in commercial analytics, BI, or analytics engineering with strong SQL and Power BI skills.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in commercial analytics, BI, or analytics engineering
- Strong end-to-end data skillset, from SQL-based modelling to Power BI report delivery
- Proactive, independent problem solver with the ability to investigate data issues across the full pipeline
- High attention to detail, especially regarding financial and sales data accuracy
- Effective communicator and collaborator, able to work with non-technical stakeholders and build strong relationships
