Job Summary
Research payments and retail industry trends across online, in-store, and emerging channels, translating findings into clear summaries, briefing notes, and presentations. Monitor industry developments and competitor activity to generate insights for client conversations, then create and iterate presentations and background documents for senior external stakeholders. Support Account Management and GTM initiatives by preparing for bank engagements, key account discussions, and enterprise sales opportunities while working on governance and compliance initiatives. Analyze Excel-based data to support commercial conversations and build client-facing materials for major retailers and banks.
Required Qualifications
- A recent Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Marketing or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail

- Any professional services / consulting experience
- Experience working with data in Excel
- Commercial curiosity
