Job Summary
Commercial Air Specialist responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of the commercial air network operations. You will monitor network performance, analyze operational data, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant movement of shipments across the air network. You will coordinate and review operational processes, identify exceptions or variances, investigate issues affecting performance, and implement corrective actions. Expect to drive continuous improvement by leading or participating in projects to enhance operational efficiency, customer service, risk reduction, and network performance. You will produce and analyze operational reports, monitor KPIs, and provide insights to management, while engaging cross-functionally with Network Control, Ramp Operations, Planning, Airline Partners, and other business functions. As you develop within the role, you may take on more complex responsibilities and provide guidance to colleagues, contributing to initiatives with broader operational or geographical impact across the network.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in airline operations, network planning, transportation, or related operational environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
