Job Summary
Develop client relationships through welcoming reception, technical advice, and personalized follow-up. Propose relevant solutions and value-added services while promoting connected offers and the e-commerce site to drive digitalization. Enhance agency attractiveness with dynamic merchandising and actively participate in commercial events. Manage client disputes and after-sales support. Requires strong technical knowledge in electricity, home automation, or energy management, plus excellent client satisfaction skills and teamwork spirit. Full-time role in Sallanches with flexible hours including one day of remote work per week. Base salary paid over 13 months plus participation and interest sharing.
