Job Summary
Develop client relationships through welcoming reception, technical consulting, and personalized follow-up. Propose relevant solutions and value-added services while promoting digitalization via connected offers and the e-commerce site. Enhance store attractiveness with dynamic merchandising and actively participate in commercial events. Manage client disputes and after-sales support. Requires strong technical knowledge in electricity, home automation, or energy management solutions, along with a keen sense of client satisfaction and teamwork. Full-time position in Saint-Laurent-du-Var with flexible hours including one day of remote work per week.
