Job Summary
Develop client relationships through welcoming reception, technical consulting, and personalized follow-up. Propose and sell relevant value-added solutions and services while driving digitalization by highlighting connected offerings and the e-commerce site. Enhance store attractiveness with dynamic merchandising and actively promote commercial events. Manage client disputes, after-sales support, and handle product stocking and shelf placement. Requires strong technical knowledge in electricity, climate engineering, or energy management, plus a keen sense of client satisfaction and teamwork. Based in Quimper (29) in a full-time role with flexible hours including one day of remote work per week.
