Job Summary
Commercial Security Service Sales Executive responsible for promoting and selling Johnson Controls Security services and technology within an assigned U.S. territory, building relationships with customers, securing new business, upgrading existing accounts, renewing customer agreements, and delivering exceptional service. The role requires prospecting using lead-generation techniques, maintaining knowledge of products/services, engaging senior-level executives, and managing the sales cycle from call plans to post-install follow-up, with travel within the territory. A strong background in commercial sales, especially within Building Automation, Security systems/services, IT, or technology sales, and the ability to meet or exceed quotas are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years commercial sales experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
- Ability to engage senior-level executives
- Full-time schedule
- Local travel
- Preferred college degree
