Job Summary

Account Manager to lead a territory of enterprise and major customer accounts for ThoughtSpot, focused on account growth and retention. Drive a land-and-expand strategy, own renewals and expansions, and act as a consultative partner to align ThoughtSpot’s AI-driven analytics capabilities with business goals and measurable outcomes. Leverage generative AI and advanced automation to personalize customer engagements at scale, identify expansion opportunities, adoption gaps, and risks, and collaborate with Solution Consultants, Professional Services, Adoption, Product, and Leadership teams to execute data-informed account strategies. Demonstrate a data-driven, AI-informed approach to engagements and enablement sessions, while progressively refining strategies based on usage and success metrics. Hybrid work model requires in-office presence three days per week (NY/NJ-based or local ThoughtSpot offices in the US). Required Qualifications

  • Proven track record of expanding relationships and driving revenue growth within complex enterprise accounts
  • Experience handling and closing negotiations at scale with renewals and expansions
  • Experience leveraging AI, automation, or advanced analytics to drive customer engagement, retention, and growth
  • Strong consultative mindset with the ability to map customer needs to strategic, outcome-based solutions
  • Advanced technical aptitude and ability to deeply understand analytics platforms, AI-driven solutions, and modern data ecosystems
