Job Summary
Drive continued growth for Neat by identifying new customers and leveraging your regional network to uncover business opportunities in Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, and New Orleans. Evaluate territory and vertical opportunities with full ownership of the strategic approach, while keeping updated on market trends and competitor landscapes. Feed market insight back to product and development teams to provide a 360-degree view of regional opportunities. Define, design, and iterate sales processes to ensure the company is ready for hyper-growth, while acting as a trusted colleague to provide mentorship and coaching.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in driving effective sales practice
- Regional experience of customers in medium sized businesses
- Scaling a fast-growth technology business
- Designing strategic go-to-market plans
- Developing new business
- Track record in growing new business areas
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
