Job Summary
Commercial Account Manager responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to grow revenue, build long-term customer relationships, and expand NPW's market presence in the designated Alabama territory (Albertville area). Responsibilities include creating and executing sales strategies, maintaining profitable customer relationships, conducting regular customer visits, leveraging market and competitor analysis, keeping accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress, collaborating with the sales manager on opportunities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards. Requires outside sales experience, strong communication and relationship-building skills, proficiency with Word/Excel/Outlook, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; automotive paint knowledge is a plus. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year outside sales or related role
- Strong track record in sales and expense management
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Valid driver’s license
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Automotive paint knowledge is a plus
