Job Summary
Commercial Account Manager responsible for identifying customer vehicle needs, developing vehicle and technology knowledge, performing test drives, providing quotes and financing/leasing options, setting appointments for online customers, following up to generate leads, matching buyer requirements to car models, explaining warranties and services, and closing sales through negotiation and completing contracts. Also responsible for sales management reporting, showroom setup, staying current with industry trends, contributing to dealership reputation, and traveling up to 200 miles daily with overnight stays to support customer needs and dealership goals.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with customers
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, email, and internet use
- Verbal/written communication and presentation skills
- Bilingual skills are advantageous
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver’s License
- Be Insurable through Jenkins & Wynne, Inc. underwriter
- Qualify for the State of Tennessee Sales License
- Willing to travel daily up to 200 miles and overnight stays
