Job Summary
Account Manager, Commercial Insurance at BrokerLink who provides prompt service, processes incoming commercial paperwork, assists with quotes, writes new business, reviews existing coverage, updates customer files, prepares insurer documentation and certifications, processes endorsements and payments, negotiates with underwriters and renewals, and communicates with insurance companies and adjusters. Requires RIBO license (or willingness to obtain) and possibly CAIB/CIP assets; emphasizes customer service, organization, multitasking, and team collaboration. Flexible work arrangements with hybrid option across Canada; 35-hour workweek, and an incentive/benefit package is noted.
Required Qualifications
- A RIBO insurance license or willing to obtain the same
- Industry accreditation (CAIB, CIP) would be assets
- Strong customer focus and administration skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to work as part of a team as well as independently in a competitive industry and be committed to superior customer service
