Job Summary
Hybrid Commercial Account Manager based in Sofia, responsible for managing and developing existing client accounts across Europe, upselling/cross-selling, understanding client needs, delivering solutions and quotes, managing revenue, renewals, and KPIs, and driving customer adoption through the Pathfinder portal while collaborating with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience and support growth within a multi-country enterprise sales environment.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent written and spoken English and German are essential
- Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving targets and revenue growth objectives or a proven ability to deliver excellent customer experience and develop positive relationships
- Experience and passion in delivering excellent customer satisfaction
- Experience in conducting structured virtual commercial meetings with decision-makers and stakeholders
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce preferred but not required)
- Apprenticeship or Degree in business, marketing or related field, or similar competency
