Job Summary
Commercial Account Manager responsible for building and maintaining key client and carrier relationships, supporting administration, billing, and claims inquiries; actively seek cross-sell opportunities and coordinate with Account Executive on renewals, coverage analyses, and market options; prepare and present marketing and renewal materials, assist with implementation processes, and deliver regular reports on renewal decisions and claims analyses; requires P&C knowledge and a state license, with strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, plus proficiency in common computer applications.
Required Qualifications
- Three years of experience gaining knowledge of Property and Casualty or equivalent experience
- State-issued license
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Good organizational skills
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office software products
