Job Summary
Commercial Account Management Lead sought to lead a team of Account Managers (Import & Export) in delivering exceptional service and revenue management for large business and generation customers. Responsibilities include coaching and developing a high-performing team, shaping a superior end-to-end customer experience, monitoring performance against SLAs using billing and payment data, driving risk-aware decision making, aligning internal stakeholders across Sales, Origination, Billing, Debt and Operations, handling complex queries and escalations, identifying retention and growth opportunities through customer reviews, ensuring consistent account-management practices from onboarding to offboarding, and producing robust performance reporting while championing continuous service improvements. Ideal candidates combine senior leadership experience in B2B services with strong analytical, commercial acumen, stakeholder influencing skills, adaptability, and willingness to travel for in-person meetings; knowledge of renewables/energy and hybrid working environments is a plus.
