Commercial Account Handler

Build rapport with diverse clients, from sole traders to MD/CEO level, and support Commercial Account Executives to drive renewals and meet FCA requirements. Review client documentation for accuracy to support quoting, and process data promptly in relevant systems to enhance client service, internal process execution, and informed analysis. Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and external contacts to ensure expectations and compliance, while contributing to high renewal retention and overall client satisfaction. This role offers a path to professional qualifications and career progression within Howden’s Consumer & Local Commercial team.
